Mills Assessed Delivered (MAD) Prices: Extends Mills Assessed Rack Clearing (MARC) Prices to create delivered or dealer-tank wagon (DTW) equivalent price indexes. MAD prices incorporate freight rates from Mills Fuel Freight Index, relevant federal and state excise taxes, as well as other fees such as tolls. MAD prices are published by delivery ZIP code by truck class (Full Transport, Partial Transport, Standard Tank Wagon, and Bobtail Tank Wagon). Follow the ZIP codes and grades you deliver to and every edition prints exactly those.
